While the front of the building faces east towards the water and marina the main entrance to the building and car park entrances are on Lincoln Crescent. Its dress circle location is close to public transport and takes advantage of exceptional water views.

There are two car park entrances, one for the public/private car park area which is the southern most entrance and the other for the private residences which is at the turning circle. The main building entrance and concierge are located between the two entrances.

There is visitors parking available on-site for guests of apartment residents only and these should be reserved via the concierge, proceed to the garage door and access is available by dialing the concierge or apartment number on the intercom system. Alternative parking is available at the public parking area which is run by Secure Parking.
